Erasmus is not about alcohol, party and hangovers… it’s about the people, strangers that become lifelong friends. The amazing moments you share together, the crazy days and the crazy nights. All the new experiences that you will never ever forget. You travel like never before in your life. You feel alive, young, free.

And it doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from and what you believe in because deep down in our souls we are all the same.

And you all know that there will be an end to this… some of you might not meet again and it hurts. But this pain and this tears are the proof of what you all share together. And no matter how far you live from each other’s, your heart and soul will always be connected. And when you'll come back home, you will realize that you're not the same person as before.

Your life is never going to be the same again.

And you will never be completely at home again, because part of your heart will always be elsewhere, that is the price you pay for the richness of knowing and loving people in more than one place. This is Erasmus.
