Winter semester - Full Year: Nomination: May 15th, Application: July 15th
Spring semester: Nomination: September 15th, Application: November 15th
Our Academic Calendar dates are set during the summer months by the University Senate and are announced to you through email at that time. Approximately, the duration of each academic semester is as follows:
Winter Semester
- Courses Period: early October to late January
- Exams Period: end January to mid February
Spring Semester
- Courses Period: early February to late May
- Exams Period: late May to mid June
