Boost Up Your Competences+

This spring the University of Latvia will organize its 1st Blended Staff Training Week: Boost Up Your Competences+, which will take place in Riga, May 18-22, 2020. During the Staff Training Week, a representative from the University of Latvia will lead an online webinar and experts from the Career Centre of the University of Latvia will give the participants an opportunity to learn more about time management, stress management and conflict management skills - the three most important skills for University administrative staff working with international students.

Application deadline: March 18, 2020 - Selection results: March 25, 2020

Participation Fee: 100 EUR (covers welcome package, welcome party/goodbye cake, coffee breaks and cultural activities)

Participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and living expenses. 

Participants are advised to apply for Erasmus+ staff mobility (STT) funding to participate in the training. Please contact your home university to find out more about your eligibility.
