Technical support placement

  • We are an established telecommunications business embarking on rapid growth and need talented, enthusiastic individuals to bolster our support team.
  • The role is varied and exciting with many avenues for you to explore. Initial full training is provided upon successful application with ongoing support to enhance your knowledge and support skills.

General Duties: 

  • In this position, the person under the guidance of the technical support team leader will be performing level one troubleshooting and resolving problems using networking tools.
  • Provide technical advice and diagnostics to our customers via telephone, email and remote assistance.
  • Using various technical systems and portals to find crucial information to relay to the customer in a manner that is understandable to them.
  • Make minor switch configurations changes.
  • Coordinate with Telecommunication Infrastructure Design staff to resolve issues with wiring and cable installations.
