Departure International Credit Mobility

  1. You will be required to pay one last visit to the Library and request their written Clearance Confirmation, which will state that you have no pending items to return to the Library. This confirmation has to be submitted to our office.

  2. As close as possible to the date of your departure you are expected to visit our office in order to ensure there is no pendency in your file, take the original copies of the documentation you are entitled to and have your Departure Documentation endorsed. If your home university has supplied you with any specific departure confirmation form, you will need to have it at hand. Please note that endorsement of your Departure Documentation is not possible without the Library Clearance Confirmation, and fully endorsed Learning Agreements.

  3. Do not forget to collect as many evaluation forms possible from your professors and to submit them to us. The sooner we have all the marks, the sooner we will be able to issue your transcript. In case you are departing before you have all your marks, ask your professors or co-students to bring the forms to our office when available.

  4. You have to have your academic ID (paso) with you when you come to our office.

  5. Your boarding passes!! (inbound and outbound flights). Please keep in mind that when you go back to your country you have to send to us the boarding passes of your departure. The boarding passes are required in order to receive the 30% remaining of your scholarship.

  6. Supervisor’s Report (Word) (pdf)  signed by the Academic Coordinator

  7. PhD students are requested to submit a report describing their research related activities during their stay at Panteion. This should be signed by their Academic Coordinator

  8. Submit an online Participant Report (EU Survey) sent to you by the Mobility Tool (digital tool of the Program). More specifically, after the end of your mobility you will receive an automated email from the address: "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.", with subject: "Erasmus participant report request", with an online link leading to a questionnaire.

Participants who fail to complete and submit the online EU Survey or comply with the aforementioned procedure,  may be required to partially or fully reimburse the financial support received!!
