International Credit Mobility for Teaching

Before the Mobility

The incoming applicants for teaching should send to the Department of International Relations and European Union 

  1. Nomination letter by their home university stating their full name, passport number, department and period

  2. Teaching Agreement (MS Word) to be signed by both universities

  3. Bank Account Document. You are highly advised to complete this document electronically so that it is clearly and unequivocally readable

  4. Personal Data Form. You are highly advised to complete this document electronically so that it is clearly and unequivocally readable

  5. Grant agreement (MS Word) for Erasmus+ for Teaching and Training  (in 3 original copies)

  6. Medical Insurance Certification including 3 types, covering you for the whole period you will spend in Greece, according to the Grant Agreement Requirements:  
    a. Health insurance covering also repatriation and specific medical intervention
    b. General Liability Insurance Coverage for third party
    c. Personal Accident Insurance coverage
    The participants themselves are responsible for the insurance costs from the grant received for the realization of the mobility activity, if not covered by other means/their home University.

  7. Copy- both sides - of your ID card or Passport (the pages that contain your personal information details) and your VISA

You are strongly advised to send the above mentioned documents scanned in attachment by email (preferred) or fax before sending them by post.

As soon as you receive our acceptance and have finalized your travel arrangements, you are kindly requested to provide us with your arrival information.

Before your departure from Panteion University,  you will receive a confirmation of attendance from the Department of International Relations and European Union 

 

After your departure

  1. You have to send us your boarding passes (inbound and outbound travel).

  2. Submit an online Participant Report (EU Survey) sent to you by the Mobility Tool (digital tool of the Program). More specifically, you will receive an automated email from the address: "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.",  with subject: "Erasmus participant report request" with an online link leading to a questionnaire.

Participants who fail to complete and submit the online EU Survey or comply with the aforementioned procedure,  may be required to partially or fully reimburse the financial support received.
