Dear Erasmus student,
We know that going abroad can be exciting, but also a bit overwhelming at times. Between adjusting to a new country, language, people, and culture, things can get intense. And that’s completely normal.
As part of Mental Health Awareness month, we want to check in with you and hear about your mobility experience, especially how it’s felt emotionally and mentally.
That’s why we’re inviting you to take part in this anonymous survey from the Mobile Minds in Motion project. This EU-funded initiative is one of the first to put the mental health of Erasmus students front and centre, not just as a one-off, but as part of a bigger, long-term conversation.
By sharing your perspective, you’re helping build better, more realistic support for you and others who go abroad - before, during, and after mobility. Your answers will directly feed into the development of practical tools like:
- a self-assessment tool
- short videos on coping strategies
- podcasts, articles with tips and tricks on resilience-building,
- and other resources made with students in mind.
We want these tools to actually reflect what students are going through, and for that, we need your voice.
