Abstract (in English)

Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences implements European and International Mobility through the Institution’s International Relations and European Union Office. The Program is coordinated by the Institutional Coordinator assisted by Departmental Coordinators and the Erasmus Committee defined by the Senate. Erasmus Office consists of seven highly qualified administrative members. The approved measures for the mobility of students (studies and internships) and staff (teaching and training) are based on strict criteria and highly defined qualifications. Our University’s participation in activities under Key Action 1 and Key Action 2 is reinforced by high-quality mobility of staff and students to cooperate with other strategic partners such as universities, enterprises, regional authorities, etc. Panteion University promotes and recognizes the participation of its staff and students in European and International cooperation projects by enhancing international cooperation with estimated institutions and by supporting educational and research exchanges ensuring that its cooperation leads to sustainable and balanced outcomes for all partners. Also, Panteion University encourages and promotes environmentally sustainable and responsible behavior among its participants. Our policy is guided by ways in which the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education can be convincingly implemented in collaboration with our National Agency and based on the Erasmus Policy Statement. Panteion University has its own institutional strategy and clear policy towards the development of integrated and transnational activities, in order to connect it with the concepts of mobility and internationalization.

What would you like to achieve by participating in the Erasmus Programme? How does your participation in the Erasmus Programme fit into your institutional internationalisation and modernisation strategy? 

Το Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο Κοινωνικών και Πολιτικών Επιστημών ιδρύθηκε το 1927. Είναι ένα κοινωνικά αφοσιωμένο, καινοτόμο ίδρυμα που συνέβαλε πάρα πολύ στην ολοκλήρωση της ΕΕ και στα θεωρητικά της θεμέλια. Έως σήμερα, αποτελείται από 4 σχολές και 9 τμήματα. Η έρευνα στο Πάντειο πραγματοποιείται στα 38 ερευνητικά ινστιτούτα, ερευνητικά κέντρα και εργαστήρια όπου  συμμετέχουν πολλοί ακαδημαϊκοί, νέοι ερευνητές και φοιτητές. Επιπλέον, το Πάντειο προσφέρει καινοτόμα Μεταπτυχιακά Προγράμματα και ένας από τους στόχους του είναι να παρέχει στους φοιτητές θεωρητικές γνώσεις και πρακτική εμπειρία που υποστηρίζεται επίσης από κατάρτιση/πρακτική άσκηση σε υπηρεσίες σε εθνικά και διεθνή Ιδρύματα.

Έχουμε βραβευτεί με 2 Erasmus+  Jean Monnet Chairs, συνεχίζοντας τη μακρά παράδοσή μας στο Διεθνές Δίκαιο και στις διεθνείς υποθέσεις (περισσότερες από 10 έδρες Jean Monnet, οι περισσότερες ad personam) και τις σημαντικές συνέργειες με εθνικούς και διεθνείς οργανισμούς.

Κεντρική αποστολή του Παντείου είναι η έρευνα και η εκπαίδευση στους τομείς των πολιτικών και κοινωνικών επιστημών. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, η διεθνής μας στρατηγική περιλαμβάνει και αντικατοπτρίζει τις ανάγκες και τους μετασχηματισμούς σε μια πολυεπίπεδη πτυχή της κοινωνίας και της αγοράς. Συνδυάζοντας το ακαδημαϊκό μας όραμα, το Πάντειο ενσωματώνει το πνεύμα της ευρωπαϊκής ολοκλήρωσης με σεβασμό στον κάθε εταίρο. Πιστεύοντας στις ευρωπαϊκές κοινές αξίες και την κοινή μιας ευρωπαϊκή ταυτότητα σεβόμενοι ταυτόχρονα την ποικιλομορφία, προσπαθούμε να αναλάβουμε καινοτόμες και υπεύθυνες έρευνες ανοιχτές σε όλους, ενσωματώνοντας το διάλογο με όλους τους σχετικούς ενδιαφερόμενους για να καταστήσουμε την έρευνα γνωστή και εφαρμοσμένη.

Η συσσωρευμένη και αποκτηθείσα εμπειρία και γνώση μέσω του Erasmus θα είναι το εφαλτήριο για την ανάπτυξη και διάχυση καθιερωμένων βέλτιστων πρακτικών και συνεργασιών. Το Πάντειο εξέτασε τα πανεπιστημιακά προγράμματα όπου ανήκει, όπως το Παγκόσμιο Πανεπιστήμιο για τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα με περισσότερα από 7 μεταπτυχιακά προγράμματα και 90 Πανεπιστήμια στον κόσμο και σχεδιάζει να ενισχύσει τη διεθνοποίηση μέσω της ανάπτυξης κοινών προγραμμάτων σπουδών με Πανεπιστήμια στο εξωτερικό. 

Η επίτευξη της επιστημονικής αριστείας μέσω της έρευνας και της εθνικής και διεθνούς αναγνώρισης θα ανοίξει το δρόμο για έναν μακροπρόθεσμο στόχο, την ενσωμάτωση άλλων εθνικών και διεθνών πανεπιστημιακών Τμημάτων που με παρόμοιους επιστημονικούς στόχους. Αυτός ο σύνδεσμος θα αναδείξει το βασικό ρόλο που διαδραματίζει η εκπαίδευση, η νεολαία και ο πολιτισμός στην οικοδόμηση του μελλοντικού ευρωπαϊκού οικοδομήματος. Βασιζόμενοι σε συν-διδάσκοντες και κοινούς διδακτορικούς τίτλους, στοχεύουμε στη δημιουργία Κοινών Πτυχίων, στην εξερεύνηση νέων τομέων έρευνας και μελέτης, λαμβάνοντας ιδιαίτερα υπόψη την πρόσφατη πανδημία και τις νέες προκλήσεις που έχουν προκύψει, συνδέοντας νέες ερευνητικές ανάγκες και παραδοσιακά επιστημονικά μονοπάτια για κοινωνικές και πολιτικές διαστάσεις κρίσεων, πανδημιών, μετασχηματισμών στην αγορά, κλιματικής αλλαγής και βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης. 

Προωθούμε θεμελιώδεις αξίες, όπως η κοινωνική συνοχή, τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα, ο σεβασμός της ποικιλομορφίας της διεθνούς κοινωνίας, από την ίδια τη φύση των επιστημονικών κλάδων που εξυπηρετούνται, για την προώθηση της Διεθνούς Τάξης ειρήνης, δικαιοσύνης, δημοκρατίας, κράτους δικαίου και εικονικής διακυβέρνησης. 

Η συμμετοχή μας στο Erasmus έχει θετικό, προοδευτικό αντίκτυπο στην Ατζέντα Εκσυγχρονισμού του Παντείου, βοηθώντας την επίτευξη των επιδιωκόμενων στόχων της πολιτικής μας και ιδιαίτερα την αύξηση του αριθμού των πτυχιούχων Bachelor Degree, εξαιρουμένης κάθε διάκρισης. Για να επιτευχθεί ένα υψηλό επίπεδο ποιότητας προγραμμάτων σπουδών και πρακτικής άσκησης, έχουμε υιοθετήσει ένα αυστηρό σύστημα μοριοδότησης -αξιολόγησης των συμμετεχόντων, δίνοντας την ευκαιρία στο Erasmus να οδηγήσει θετικά στην επίτευξη θέσεων εργασίας για επιστημονικό προσωπικό υψηλών δεξιοτήτων για τους απόφοιτους/τους ερευνητές, στην εμφάνιση ψηφιακών δεξιοτήτων και βασικών ικανοτήτων για τη διά βίου μάθηση. Αυτό θα ανταποκριθεί στην ανάγκη δημιουργίας θέσεων εργασίας, η οποία θα προκύψει επακολούθως από την οικονομική ανάπτυξη που θα δημιουργήσει ο διευρυμένος και αποτελεσματικός τομέας έρευνας και εκπαίδευσης.

Το έντονο ενδιαφέρον του Ιδρύματός μας για προσωπικό με υψηλά προσόντα, με έμφαση στη χρήση της ηλεκτρονικής διακυβέρνησης και του Διαδικτύου προκειμένου να ελαχιστοποιηθεί η γραφειοκρατία, ήταν συνέπεια της συμμετοχής μας στο Πρόγραμμα και έχει γίνει ένας από τους κυρίαρχους παράγοντες που καθορίζουν τη θεσμική μας πολιτική.

Σύμφωνα με στρατηγική μας, υπογραμμίζεται το κίνητρο και ενθαρρύνεται η κινητικότητα του διδακτικού/διοικητικού προσωπικού προκειμένου να ανταλλάξει καλές πρακτικές μεταξύ των συνεργαζόμενων Ιδρυμάτων, με την προοπτική βελτίωσης της συνεργασίας και των μαθησιακών, εκπαιδευτικών και διδακτικών αποτελεσμάτων.

Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences was founded in 1927. It is a socially committed, innovative institution that contributed immensely to EU integration and its theoretical underpinnings. As of today, it comprises of 4 Faculties and 9 Departments. Research at Panteion University is undertaken in the 38 research Institutes, Research Centers and Laboratories in which numerous academic tutors, young researchers and students participate. Moreover, the University offers innovative Master Programs and one of its goals is to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical experience that also underpinned by in-service training/internship (stage) in national and international institutions.

The University has been awarded with Erasmus+ 2 Jean Monnet Chairs drawing on Panteion’s long tradition in international law and international affairs (of more than 10 Jean Monnet Chairs, most ad personam) and on important synergies with national and international institutions. 

It promotes an ambitious modern program of particularly high standards, giving emphasis on a multi- scientific approach and the attachment of theory into practice and has long standing relations not only within EU Institutions (former Judges, etc), but also with the UN, CoE, OSCE, as well as with important specialized agencies (UNHCR, UNICEF, UNESCO, e.g. relevant Chair on Human rights peace and Democracy). and highly-experienced Teaching Staff offer courses in English and also professors participate in European research projects, publish articles and books, give lectures, organize seminars and international summer schools, participate in International Moot Court competitions and international UN or EU models.

The central mission of Panteion University is research and education in the fields of political and social sciences. On that account, our Institution’s international strategy encompasses and reflects the necessities and transformations in a multilevel facets of society, as well as of the market. While blending our academic vision into the realms of daily endeavours, Panteion incorporates the spirit of European Integration with respect of every partner. A firm believer in the European common values and our shared European identity, while respecting diversity, Panteion University strives to undertake innovative and responsible research open to all, and engages in dialogue with all relevant stakeholders to make research known and applied. 

The accumulated and gained experience and knowledge through the Erasmus Programme will set the springboard for the development and the permeation of the best practices and the collaborations that have already been established. The University taken stock of inter-university programs it is a part of, such as the Global Campus for Human Rights with more than 7 Master Programs and 90 Universities all over the world, the University plans to enhance internationalization through the development of joint curricula with universities abroad, and design of sought after international student programs on all study cycles. The achievement of scientific excellence through research and national and international recognition will pave the path for a long-range objective, the incorporation of other national and international university’s departments that pursue similar scientific objectives. This liaison will constitute a key role pillar played by education, youth and culture in constructing the future European edifice. Building on cotutelles, and PhD joint degrees it is already a part, Panteion aims to establish Joint Degrees, to explore new areas of research and study, especially taking into account of the recent Covid-19 pandemic and new challenges that have emerged, linking new research needs and traditional scientific pathways on social and political dimensions of crises, pandemics, market transformations, climate change and sustainable development.

The University promotes fundamental values, such as social cohesion, human rights, respect to a pluralistic society, as evidence by the very the nature and substance of the disciplines it serves, in order to promote an international order of peace, justice, democracy, rule of Law and virtual governance.

Our participation in the Programme has a positive and progressive impact on our Institution’s Modernization Agenda, helping us achieve our pursued policy objectives and especially the growth of the Bachelor Degree graduates’ number, excluding the discrimination among social, financial or personal discrimination. Based on this direction, in order to reach a high quality level of study programs and internships, a stricter requirement system has been adopted, giving the opportunity to the Programme to lead positively to the achievement of high-skill occupations from the part of our graduates and researchers and to the emergence of digital skills and key competences for Lifelong Learning. This will respond to the need of job creation, which will consequently derive from the economic growth that the expanded and effective research and education sector will create. 

Additionally, the widely expressed interest of our Institution for highly qualified staff members, focusing on using e-governance, internet, social media, so as to minimize bureaucracy, was consequent to our participation in the Programme and has become one of the dominate factors that define our institutional policy.

In compliance with the above mentioned strategy guidelines, our Institution highlights and encourages the motivation and the development of the administrative staff mobility, in order to exchange good practices among partner Institutions, in the prospect of improving the collaboration and the learning, training and teaching outcomes.

Το Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο χειρίζεται Δράσεις Erasmus στο πλαίσιο KA1/KA2 και βρίσκεται στη διαδικασία οργάνωσης δράσεων και συνεργασιών και για το KA3, οι οποίες υλοποιούνται τόσο από το Τμήμα Διεθνών Σχέσεων και Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης (ΔΣΕΕ) όσο και από την Επιτροπή Ερευνών, υπό την καθοδήγηση ακαδημαϊκών συντονιστών, της επιστημονικής ομάδας και της από κοινού συνεργασίας με τους αντίστοιχους εταίρους. Το έργο συνδυάζεται με τους στόχους πολιτικής που επιδιώκει η διεθνής στρατηγική μας για τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας των κινητικοτήτων.

Ένα σύγχρονο σύστημα επιλογής, η διεύρυνση των τομέων μελέτης και έρευνας, σε συνδυασμό με τη δημιουργία νέων παγκόσμιων συνεργασιών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων στρατηγικών εταίρων όπως επιχειρήσεις, περιφερειακές αρχές κ.λπ., αντικατοπτρίζουν τον σκληρό πυρήνα εφαρμογής της στρατηγικής μας.

Ως Συντονιστής Εταίρος μιας κοινοπραξίας 5 ΑΕΙ και 2 φορέων Τοπικής Αυτοδιοίκησης υποδηλώνεται ο προσανατολισμός σε ένα βασικό σχέδιο σε τοπικό, εθνικό και διεθνές επίπεδο. Το Πάντειο θα προωθήσει σταθερά την κοινωνική και ακαδημαϊκή συνοχή και διεύρυνση της πανεπιστημιακής κοινότητας και της αγοράς εργασίας, προκειμένου να επιτρέψει στους επιστήμονες και τους φοιτητές να εφαρμόσουν ακαδημαϊκές γνώσεις και ψηφιακές δεξιότητες.

Συνεπώς, το πρόγραμμα Erasmus προσφέρει σε εμάς και τους Συνεργάτες μας ακαδημαϊκή και κοινωνική προστιθέμενη αξία. Στην τοπική κοινωνία παρέχονται τα αποτελέσματα του Erasmus μέσω διαδραστικών εκδηλώσεων και παρουσίασής τους τα σε δίκτυα εργασίας όπου συμμετέχουμε με άλλους τοπικοί φορείς. 

Η συμμετοχή μας στις προαναφερόμενες δράσεις Erasmus ενισχύει τη διεθνή συνεργασία και υποστηρίζει τις εκπαιδευτικές και διαμορφωτικές ανταλλαγές, εξασφαλίζοντας βιώσιμα και ισορροπημένα αποτελέσματα για όλους τους εταίρους. Η συμμετοχή των μελών της πανεπιστημιακής μας κοινότητας σε Διεθνείς Συναντήσεις και η κινητικότητα του Erasmus γενικά αναγνωρίζεται και συνυπολογίζεται στην ανάπτυξη και την αναγνώριση των επιτευγμάτων τους.

Η εμπειρία και τα ακαδημαϊκά αποτελέσματα καταγράφονται και τίθενται προς συζήτηση στη Γενική Συνέλευση των Τμημάτων, προκειμένου να αποδοθεί προστιθέμενη αξία στις στρατηγικές συνεργασίες και να ανοίξουν κανάλια για την εφαρμογή του Erasmus εντός της στρατηγικής μας.

Οι επιλεγμένες δράσεις των προγραμμάτων Erasmus αντικατοπτρίζουν ήδη τα πεδία των ακαδημαϊκών μας οραμάτων και ενσωματώνουν κάθε πτυχή της ευρωπαϊκής ολοκλήρωσης. Οι συνεργάτες-εταίροι, που φέρουν ακαδημαϊκά, λειτουργικά χαρακτηριστικά που συμμορφώνονται με την ποικιλομορφία, σε λειτουργικό και γεωγραφικό επίπεδο, που το Ίδρυμά μας επιδιώκει για τις συνεργασίες του, θα μπορούσαν τελικά να συμβάλουν σε ασφαλή συμπεράσματα για πολλά θέματα που αναφέρονται στους τομείς των Κοινωνικών, Πολιτικών και Οικονομικών Επιστημών.

Οι παραπάνω αξίες εξυπηρετούνται επίσης από τις διεθνείς σχέσεις και τις πολυμερείς εταιρικές σχέσεις του Πανεπιστημίου μας στο πλαίσιο των προγραμμάτων Erasmus και ειδικά μέσω του προγράμματος Διεθνούς Κινητικότητας (International Credit Mobility), για το οποίο λαμβάνονται υπόψη, όχι μόνο τα γειτονικά περιβάλλοντα της Ευρώπης (Ευρωπαϊκή Μεσογειακή Συνεργασία, Ευρωπαϊκή Πολιτική Γειτονίας, ανάπτυξη νέων δομημένων εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων και συνεργασίας που μπορούν να ανταποκριθούν στις μελλοντικές προκλήσεις της τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης και της πρακτικής άσκησης σε επιχειρήσεις / θέσεις εργασίας κ.λπ.) αλλά και στις χώρες εκτός της ευρωπαϊκής οικογένειας.

Η προσφερόμενη έρευνα και εξειδίκευση, όπου το Ίδρυμά μας έχει αναπτύξει κοινά πτυχία, ακαδημαϊκά δίκτυα, ανταλλαγές και επίβλεψη μεταπτυχιακών και διδακτορικών φοιτητών, μπορεί να οδηγήσει στην προώθηση των συμμετοχών μέσω των Εrasmus Key Actions με στόχο τη διαμόρφωση κοινών δράσεων, προγραμμάτων και τίτλων σπουδών. Η επίτευξη ενός κοινού στόχου για το Πάντειο και τους Συνεργάτες του, θα εξυπηρετήσει την ευρωπαϊκή διάσταση στον τομέα της εκπαίδευσης και τέλος το αποκορύφωμα της ευρωπαϊκής ευαισθητοποίησης και της ένταξης στα ευρωπαϊκά θεσμικά όργανα.

Αυτή η πολιτική μπορεί να εξυπηρετηθεί σε οργανωτικό και επιχειρησιακό επίπεδο με κεντρικές συναντήσεις, διαμορφωμένες με γεωγραφικούς όρους και εργαστήρια διαφόρων επιστημονικών θεματικών τομέων. Σύμφωνα με τις προαναφερθείσες κατευθυντήριες γραμμές στρατηγικής, το Ίδρυμά μας είναι πρόθυμο να συνεχίσει να δίνει προτεραιότητα σε έργα που προωθούν και υποστηρίζουν τα κίνητρα και την ανάπτυξη της κινητικότητας του διοικητικού και διδακτικού προσωπικού, προκειμένου να ανταλλάσσουν καλές πρακτικές μεταξύ των Εταίρων, με την προοπτική της βελτίωσης συνεργασία και τα ακαδημαϊκά και ποσοτικά αποτελέσματα.

Panteion University operates Erasmus activities in the frame of KA1 and KA2 and is in the process of organizing actions and partnerships for KA3 as well, being implemented by both the Institution’s International Relations and European Union Office and the Research Committee, under the guidance of academic coordinators, scientific team and mutual cooperation with the respective partners. The project is arrayed with the policy objectives that our Institution’s international strategy pursues for the quality improvement of staff and student mobility.

A newly adopted high quality selection system, the dilatation of the study and research fields, combined with the establishment of new worldwide collaborations, including strategic partners such as enterprises, regional authorities, etc., reflect the hard core of implementation of our strategy. 

Being the leader of a Consortium of five HEIs and two bodies of local government administration denotes its deep focus on a principal design on local, national and international level. Panteion University will steadily promote the social and academic cohesion and permeability of the academia and labour market border in order for it to allow scientists and students to apply academic knowledge and digital competences to the multilevel society. 

Thus, Erasmus Program brings to Panteion University and its Partners an academic and social added value. The local society is provided with the results achieved by Erasmus participants through interactive events taking place at Panteion University or presenting them in work networks where our University and other local agents take part in or publishing them in local press and academic reports. 

Our participation in the above mentioned Erasmus actions enhances the international cooperation and supports the educational and formative exchanges, ensuring sustainable and balanced outcomes for all partners. The participation of the members of our University community in International Meetings and Erasmus mobility in general receives recognition and is accounted for their development and for the accreditation of their achievements. 

The gained experience and the academic outcomes are recorded and being set for discourse to the General Assembly of the Departments, in order to attribute added value to the strategic partnerships and to open channels for implementing all Erasmus actions within the framework of our institutional strategy.

The selected Erasmus Programs’ actions already reflect the fields of our academic visions and incorporate every sense of European Integration. Complaisant partners, carrying academic, operational characteristics that comply with the diversity, on a functional and geographical level, that our Institution seeks for its collaborations, could contribute ultimately to safe conclusions for many issues referring to the fields of Social, Political and Economic Sciences. 

The above mentioned values are also served by our University’s international relations and multilateral partnerships in the frame of Erasmus programs and especially through International Credit Mobility Program, for which it’s taken into consideration, not only the neighbouring surroundings of Europe (European Mediterranean Cooperation, European Policy of Neighbourhood, development of new structured educational programmes and cooperation that can respond to the future challenges of Higher Education and traineeships in enterprises/ work placements, etc), but also the countries beyond the European family. 

Offered research and specialization, whereby our Institution as developed joint degrees, academic networks, exchanges and supervision of post-graduate and doctorate level students, can lead to the promotion of complicities through the Erasmus Key Actions aiming to the configuration of common actions, programmes and degrees. The attainment of a common objective for Panteion University and its Partners, will serve the European dimension in the field of education and finally the culmination of the European awareness and the integration in the European Institutions.

This policy can be served on organizational and operational level with centralized meetings, configured in geographical terms and workshops of various scientific subject areas. In accordance with the above mentioned strategy guidelines, our Institution is deeply willing to continue giving priority to projects promoting and supporting the motivation and the development of the administrative staff mobility, in order to exchange good practices among partner Institutions, in the prospect of improving the collaboration and the academic and computational outcomes.

What is the envisaged impact of your participation in the Erasmus+ Programme on your institution? 

Η συμμετοχή μας στο ΚΑ1 είναι σημαντική για τον εκσυγχρονισμό και τη διεθνοποίησή μας. Ο αντίκτυπος της κινητικότητας θα συνίσταται στην ανταλλαγή μοντέλων/εκπαιδευτικού περιεχομένου στις κοινωνικές, πολιτικές επιστήμες και στις διεθνείς ευρωπαϊκές και περιφερειακές σπουδές. Η συμμετοχή μας στο ICM είναι θεμελιώδης και επιτρέπει σε μεγάλο αριθμό φοιτητών και προσωπικού εκτός ΕΕ να βιώσουν το ευρωπαϊκό σύστημα των ΑΕΙ. Το Erasmus Placement σημειώνει μεγάλη επιτυχία και απαντά στην ανάγκη θετικής σύνδεσης ακαδημαϊκού πλαισίου και αγοράς εργασίας. Η προστιθέμενη αξία του Erasmus δεν έγκειται μόνο στην αναγνώριση ECTS, αλλά αντιπροσωπεύει τη διεθνή πτυχή της ζωής των φοιτητών. Η κινητικότητα είναι απαραίτητο εργαλείο προσδιορισμού συγκεκριμένων τομέων κοινού ενδιαφέροντος, για να επιτευχθούν σταθερές / διαρκείς μορφές διεθνούς ακαδημαϊκής συνεργασίας.

Η διεθνής ερευνητική συνεργασία είναι σημαντική στην εξέλιξη της επιστήμης, οδηγώντας σε κοινωνικές δομές σύνδεσης διακριτών επιστημονικών τομέων. H κινητικότητα προσωπικού παράγει επιστημονικό και ανθρώπινο κεφάλαιο, συμβάλλοντας σε μελλοντικές ισχυρές συνεργασίες (A. Mooney, A. Duraiappah, A. Larigauderie). Η ακαδημαϊκή κινητικότητα συνδέει διαφορετικά μέρη ενός δικτύου, δημιουργώντας γέφυρες μεταφοράς γνώσης.

Προσωπικό: ανταλλαγή καλών πρακτικών, καινοτόμων λύσεων, εξάλειψη γραφειοκρατίας, διαχείριση κοινών κρίσεων, προοπτικές ευρύτερων και μελλοντικών συνεργασιών, αύξηση κινητικότητας, δίκτυα επικοινωνίας.

Αντίκτυπος στα Πανεπιστήμια: συμβάλλει στη βελτίωση διεθνούς διάστασης και ελκυστικότητας τους (στόχοι «Ευρώπη 2020») προσέλκυση των καλύτερων διεθνών φοιτητών μέσω της βελτίωσης της ποιότητας και της καινοτομίας των προγραμμάτων σπουδών, τη μεταφορά δεξιοτήτων και γνώσεων που μπορούν να προωθήσουν τη βιωσιμότητα του έργου βραχυπρόθεσμα και μακροπρόθεσμα. Ενισχύει τη συνεργασία σε ζητήματα κοινού ενδιαφέροντος.- η συνέργεια του Πανεπιστημίου και της αγοράς εργασίας έχει ανοίξει νέα μαθήματα για καλύτερη ανταπόκριση στην αγορά εργασίας. Τα ανωτέρω αποτελούν κρίσιμα στοιχεία για κάλυψη των απαιτήσεων στον συνεχώς μεταβαλλόμενο κόσμο.

Θεωρούμε τη συμμετοχή μας στα ΚΑ2-ΚΑ3 σημαντικό πυλώνα της στρατηγικής μας ως μέρος της διεθνούς ακαδημαϊκής κοινότητας, που επιτρέπει τη δημιουργία Κέντρων Καινοτομίας και Έρευνας, ανάπτυξη καινοτόμων ψηφιακών εργαλείων, μεθόδων και κοινωνικών και ψηφιακών δεξιοτήτων. Δράσεις μας απευθύνονται στην νεολαία και ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων ως μια καλή βάση για δημιουργία καλύτερων συνθηκών για ευάλωτες / ευπαθείς ομάδες.

Η παρακολούθηση και ο ποιοτικός έλεγχος καθορίζουν διαδικασίες για διασφάλιση ποιότητας των έργων και επιτυχούς ολοκλήρωσής τους. Ο αντίκτυπος μετριέται με ποιοτικούς / ποσοτικούς δείκτες. Η διαδικασία παρακολούθησης-αξιολόγησης καλύπτει κάθε πτυχή υλοποίησης του έργου. Έχουμε στατιστικά στοιχεία για την επίδοση των φοιτητών με στόχο τη μείωση της εγκατάλειψης. Προβλέπεται ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής διάδοσης για ενημέρωση/ευαισθητοποίηση των ομάδων στόχων-εκμετάλλευση, ανατροφοδότηση-βιωσιμότητα των αποτελεσμάτων.

Σε κάθε φάση δημοσιεύεται συνοπτική έκθεση: 1) Προ-αξιολόγηση (Ex-ante evaluation)-προσδιορισμός συγκεκριμένων δεικτών- αξιολόγησης, για σαφή εικόνα στην έναρξη του έργου σχετικά με τη συνάφεια, συνοχή, αποτελεσματικότητα, επίτευξη στόχων, προτεραιότητες έργου, ευρωπαϊκές αξίες, επίδοση του έργου. 2) Ενδιάμεση αξιολόγηση (Interim report) του έργου, τα οφέλη, την ορθή χρήση των πόρων, τη χρηστή διαχείριση, την αποτελεσματικότητα της επικοινωνίας/διάδοσης, την ικανοποίηση, την βιωσιμότητα. 3) Η Τελική αξιολόγηση/έκθεση (Ex- post evaluation / final report), αποτελεί τη βάση για την τελική διάδοση του έργου και περαιτέρω συνεργασία μεταξύ των εταίρων. Θα αξιολογήσει τα παραγόμενα αποτελέσματα για τους συμμετέχοντες. 4)Έρευνες από εκπαιδευτικά/επιμορφωτικά προγράμματα σε κάθε χώρα εταίρο και δράσεις (Staff Training Week) θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για τη βελτίωση απόδοσης των έργων.

Panteion's participation in KA1 is of great importance in terms of modernization and internationalization. In general, the expected impact of mobility will consist of the exchange of models and educational content mainly in the field of social and political sciences, but also in international European and regional studies. Panteion operates ICM Program both through its own project and as Partner in the ICM Consortium of University of Piraeus. The participation is fundamental to the continuation of ongoing activities and allows a large number of non-European students and staff to experience the European system of universities. The Erasmus placement mobility has also been and continues to be a great success, as it complies with the requirement of creating a positive link between academic and the labor market. The added value of the Erasmus experience lies not only in their recognition in ECTS, but also in a relevant international aspect of student life. Mobility is a necessary tool for identifying specific areas of common interest in order to achieve sustainable and lasting forms of international academic cooperation. More specifically:

Impact on Student mobility: -Maturity and personal development (determination to solve problems, self-confidence, etc.) - Social development, friendship networks, development of communication skills with people with different backgrounds. -Academic enrichment (adaptation to a different academic system, Career Design) - Discovering and Utilizing New Opportunities (Opening to New Opportunities) - Influence of Mobility in Determining Students' Professional Opportunities.

Impact on the academic staff: -Academic mobility and staff promote the transfer of knowledge of good practice through multiple scenarios to a local context. Development in the design of joint educational programs. Improvement of productivity through international partnerships and research advancement, International research collaboration is important in the development of science, resulting in a social construction connecting distinct scientific communities. Academic mobility offers the opportunity to build scientific and human capital, contributing to future strong collaborations e.g., A. Mooney, A. Duraiappah and A. Larigauderie. Academic mobility can be considered to connect different parts of a network, that is, it creates bridges with the ability to transfer knowledge.

Administrative staff: exchange of good practices, innovative solutions, elimination of bureaucracy, management of common crises, prospects for wider and future collaboration, increase of mobility, communication networks.

Universities: contribute to improve their international dimension and attractiveness ("Europe 2020" objectives) attracting the best international students by improving the quality and innovation of study programs, transferring skills and knowledge that can promote project sustainability both in short and long terms• Strengthening co-operation on issues of common interest. With the aim to the best integration to the labor market. This by exploiting new ways of learning will be the key to meeting the ever-varying world.

We consider our participation in KA2-KA3 as an important strategy to be part of the international academic community, which allows the development of Innovative and Research Centers, the creation of innovative and digital tools, methods and social-digital skills. Finally, many of the actions are aimed at youth and skills development, representing a good basis for creating better conditions for less represented, vulnerable and sensitive groups.

Monitoring and quality plan will define these activities/procedures to ensure the quality of projects and their successful completion. The impact will be measured through the use of qualitative/quantitative indicators. The monitoring and evaluation process will cover all aspects of the project implementation. We have statistic research on student performance to reduce dropout. There will be a forecast for the development of a dissemination strategy aimed not only at awareness and sensitizing the target groups, but also at exploitation, feedback and sustainability of the results.

A summary report will be published and disseminated for each phase, as follow: 1) Ex-ante evaluation - definition of specific indicators - evaluation, since the beginning of the project in relation to relevance, coherence, efficiency, achievement of objectives, project priorities, European values, performance of the project. 2) Interim report of the project evolution, the achieved goals the proper use of resources, good management, the effectiveness of communication / dissemination, efficiency, sustainability.3) The Ex-post evaluation / final report will be the basis for the final dissemination of the project and for further cooperation between the partner institutions. It will evaluate the results of the project for the participants · 4) Research from educational or training programs / activities in each partner country and research (e.g., Staff Training Week) will be used to improve project performance.
