The four-week International Summer School Programme 2017 consists of three components:

  1. Intensive German Language Course

    2.1. Excursions to German companies
    2.2. Social programme

  3. Engineering courses and workshops

The regular programme fee is € 1,500 (Including: administration fee (public transportation ticket, insurances, student service), language courses, course materials, workshops, engineering courses, intercultural practice, company visits social activities and excursions).

This programme is especially designed for undergraduate students from our partner universities.
Technische Universität Darmstadt is therefore glad to reduce 50% of the programme fee for excellent students.
However, travelling and living expenses (Housing including breakfast: € 730) must be covered by students themselves.

While students get an insight into German Engineering and how it is taught, they may also exchange knowledge, engage in different learnings formats and get to know the German way of life.
Participants may obtain 8 credit points of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).
