This page provides essential information to help Erasmus+ students prepare for their mobility at Panteion University.

Application Deadlines

• Winter Semester / Full Academic Year: 15th May

• Spring Semester: 15th November

Application Process

Students who have been nominated by their home university for the academic year 2026/2027 will receive instructions on the application procedure via email.

The online application form will be sent to nominated students via email when the respective application periods open.

As part of the application process, students will be required to provide the following:

• Copy of ID Card or Passport
  A copy (both sides) of the identity card or passport, clearly showing the holder’s personal information.
• Medical Insurance Certification
  A copy (both sides) of the European Health Insurance Card or another valid health insurance document.
• Proof of English Language Proficiency (B2 Level)
  Applicants are required to demonstrate a minimum B2 level of English. In the absence of an official language certificate, a formal confirmation issued by the home university verifying the student’s level of English proficiency will be accepted.

• Students can select courses from any department across the university, but at least one course must belong to their Department of Registration at Panteion.
• Undergraduate students can only choose undergraduate courses. Master's students are permitted to choose both undergraduate and master-level courses.
• Students may select courses only from the semester in which they are enrolled at the University.
