Online Seminar at the National Academy of Public Administration and Governance of Vietnam

On Thursday, 23 April 2026, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and International Relations, Professor Maria Meng-Papantoni, delivered an online seminar following an official invitation by the President of the National Academy of Public Administration and Governance of Vietnam, Professor Nguyễn Bá Chiến.
The seminar, entitled “Developments and New Requirements in Teaching and Learning Law in the Contemporary Era: Exchange of Experiences from Europe and the Hellenic Republic”, forms part of the growing academic cooperation between Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences and Vietnamese institutions.
The initiative responds to the evolving needs of modern legal education, with particular emphasis on the adaptation of curricula and teaching methodologies to international standards and contemporary challenges.
The seminar addressed key trends shaping legal education at both European and global levels, highlighting issues related to quality enhancement, interdisciplinarity, and the need for legal studies to respond effectively to a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
Special emphasis was placed on the importance of exchanging best practices and academic experiences, as well as on the role of universities in fostering institutional convergence, academic excellence, and international collaboration.
